Hamilton McCulloh

Hamilton leads the Connect Creative agency. He has an outstanding track record managing diverse communications strategies for a wide variety of clients in Commercial Real Estate with a reputation for leading creative teams and business partnerships. He provides expertise in analyzing research, developing strategic plans, and managing the tactical implementation for earned media, thought leadership, and reputation management strategies.

His experience includes managing marketing and communication strategies for brokers, developers, investors, contractors, and architecture firms, including media relations, media training, and crisis communications. His client experience includes Colliers, Clark Construction, Bell Partners, Perkins&Will, Urban Land Institute, and Walton Global.

He was most recently Executive Vice President at Allison Worldwide where he led the Real Estate team. Prior to his 20+ years of leadership in corporate communications, he was an award-winning television producer with KING-TV in Seattle and Disney Presents Bill Nye the Science Guy. He is active in his community serving on the board of directors of the Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, and he is Past President of Issaquah Schools Foundation.

Elliot Golan

Elliot Golan is a Vice President with Connect Creative with a focus on client service and media relations. Golan brings 15 years of experience in real estate communications to Connect Creative.

Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and co-led the real estate practice at Allison Worldwide. During his tenure, he led the agency’s largest real estate clients, including Urban Land Institute, Blackstone’s EQ Office (now Perform Properties), Northmarq and Cortland.

Prior to his agency experience, he served as senior director of Public Relations and Communications for the U.S. business of Colliers. And before going in-house, he was an award-winning reporter and editor – serving as managing editor at Bisnow, in addition to covering real estate at a Business Journal in Los Angeles. He earned his journalism degree from Humboldt State University and holds an MBA from Cal Lutheran.

Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. He is responsible for Connect Creative’s agency client services and is involved in a range of initiatives ranging from public relations and content strategy, communications and message development, copywriting, media relations, social media and content marketing services.

Prior to joining Connect Media in 2015, his most recent corporate communications roles involved leading a regional public relations effort across Southern California for CBRE, playing a key marketing role on JLL’s national retail team, and directing the global public relations effort at ValleyCrest (BrightView), the nation’s largest commercial landscape services company. He has worked on marketing communications assignments for such CRE companies as Blackstone/Equity Office, Carlyle, Caruso, Disney Resorts, GE Capital, Irvine Company, Hines, Howard Hughes Corp., Jeffries, Lennar, MGM, Marcus & Millichap, Prologis, Raleigh Studios, Simon, Starwood, Trammell Crow Company, Transamerica, UBS and Wynn Resorts.

Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint.

Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.

Dennis has been involved in a host of charitable and community organizations including the American Cancer Society, Easter Seals, Boy Scouts, Chrysalis Foundation, Freedom For Life, HOLA, L.A.’s BEST, Reach Out and Read, Super Bowl Host Committee, and the Thunderbirds Charities.

John Halloran

John Halloran is Vice President of Creative and Marketing for Connect Creative, where he works with leadership to shape the vision for the firm’s varied creative campaigns. John brings more than 25 years of real estate marketing experience, having guided multifaceted creative campaigns on behalf of some of the nation’s leading real estate firms – from commercial, retail, industrial, multifamily, and hospitality, to finance, lending, brokerage and capital raising.

In this role, John works with client leaders and Connect’s dynamic creative and media relations talent to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that are precisely tailored to client goals. Benefitting from Connect CRE’s robust news and content platforms, our client teams utilize industry-leading tools, technologies, and market data to ensure all campaigns are remarkably targeted, impactful, and especially attuned to their audience.

Prior to Connect, John was director of creative services and public relations at Macy + Associates, one of the leading real estate marketing firms in California, where he spearheaded successful creative campaigns on behalf of industry leaders including CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Equity Residential, Equity Office, EJME, LBA Realty, Diamond Realty Investments, and more.

A graduate of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, John began his career at advertising agency Della Femina McNamee in Los Angeles, where he worked in media and client services.

Sarah Quinn

Sarah Quinn is Co-Founder and Vice President of Connect Commercial Real Estate. Sarah brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate media and agency roles, working with institutional and entrepreneurial clients in investment, development, finance and professional services across the property types. She works with the Connect leadership team to shape the strategic direction of the company, revenue and operations. Sarah leads the expansion of Connect CRE into Canada.

Prior to Connect, Sarah was a marketing director for a CRE technology company and started her career at the Real Estate Media Group at American Lawyer Media. In 2016, Sarah was named one of FOLIO magazine’s 30 Under 30, and in 2022 was named to the Los Angeles Times list of Inspiring Women in Business. Sarah has a BA in Political Science from McGill University in Montreal, QC.

Emily Lettieri

Emily Lettieri is Vice President of Connect Media and Commercial Real Estate. As a leader on the Executive team, she helps lead overall company growth strategy and planning and oversees the conference division, as well business development, and client strategy.

Emily collaborates with her clients to develop and manage fully integrated marketing and business plans and employs her expert knowledge of the commercial real estate and investment industries and her years of experience to create successful, and engaging business development campaigns for clients across several platforms and industry sectors. Emily also oversees the conference division including managing the team and leading growth plans and has played a crucial role in Connect's acquisition of the Apartmentbuilsings.com platforn and overall integration as a Connect Media service offering.

Prior to her role at Connect, Emily served as Director of Events for the Real Estate Media Group at American Lawyer Media where she managed the events team and worked with clients on content creation, marketing plans and visibility strategies.

Emily started her career at a federal bar association where she managed event strategy and continuing education programing, serving a membership base of over 2,000 federal judges and lawyers.

In 2023, Emily was recognized as a Rising Star by the NY Real Estate Journal and in 2015 was named one of The Business Information Association’s “Emerging Leaders.” She has a BA In Communications and a minor in Leadership from the University of Delaware.
